RETURNS

All sales are final.  We accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit. If you have received a damaged item and wish to make a return or exchange, please notify our customer care team at somewhereinhackney@gmail.com within 7 days from the day your order is delieverd.

To return the damaged item, all you need to do is post it back to us with a copy of the order invoice enclosed.

We aim to process your return within 14 working days of your goods being delivered to us (excluding weekends and bank holidays) though this may rise slightly during busier times.

All refunds will be sent to the same card or paypal account used to pay for the order. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund or exchange has been processed.

We recommend that you use recorded mail and keep the receipt of postage as we are not responsible for any orders that are lost by mail service providers when you are returning them to us. Please ensure your goods are packed securely and cannot get damaged on the way.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Please send any returns to the above address. The cost of returns for international orders is the responsibility of the customer. For returns outside the EU, you must complete a customs declaration indicating that the package contains returned goods.

Non-Returnable Items

In the interests of hygiene, toiletries, swimwear, intimate apparel and pierced earrings cannot be returned.
